Terracotta Warriors Part 2

Pit 3 is the smallest of all three pits and is the command center for the other two. This pit consists of 68 terracotta warriors, 4 horses, and 1 chariot.




Many of the warriors in this section are headless. Archaeologists believe this is due to thievery over the years. Also, since Pit 3 has no fire damage, these statues are in the best condition.


They also found bones in Pit 3. These bones are what is left of some poor worker.
