I've just stumbled upon a new movie coming out next year called "Jiro Dreams of Sushi." The story is about an 85 year old man called Jiro Ono who is regarded as the greatest sushi chef in the world. He has a small 10 seat restaurant inside of the Tokyo subway which has been awarded three Michelin stars!! As of 2009, there were only 81 three star restaurants in the world. The movie focuses on Jiro, his life work as a sushi chef, and his relationship with his son who will one day take over in his father's footsteps.
